Christian convert at age 12. His own father denounced him to the
authorities. The boy escaped, and converted so many pagans at Bagnorea and
Siena that he gained the title the Baptizer. Martyred in the persecutions
of Diocletian.
Died: martyred 304 at Siena, Italy
